You are playing right in to Management's hands. The union is legally obligated to put out certain communication and you want to drop ALPA completely. That's not getting you anywhere. Management is trying to divide and conquer. This TRO should only unite us further. What company sues their own employees? Think about the real enemy, it's not your representation. They are simply following the rules put in place by a management friendly judge in a state that hates unions in a country that vilifies unions. The market is with us.
