f) Pilots receiving pilot development program Payments(note 1) shall not be obligated to serve as employees or repay any related obligation for any duration or term longer than twenty-four (24) months from Date of Hire.
Not exactly a training contract, but for god's sake, if you take their money, please read the fine print.
