Clearly when a pilot pulls 150 hrs of credit it directly relates to staffing and it gives the Company the ability to operate with fat profit margins and understaffed. Grow up, you're way over your head if you're worried about a TRO. You should get out there and high time fly so you can earn at market rates! Go earn that "High five"! I'll fly the contract and stay within the FAR's. If you can't handle that move on.
If you want to fly the bare minimum then knock yourself out. I'm personally a capitalist and don't care that someone is making 120+ hours of credit. I like my time off too and don't normally go above and beyond, but I'm not mad at a guy for working for a living. I agree that absent a contract, more and more people will individually lose motivation to come in on days off. This is the dilemma we face in trying to keep the status quo. Eventually market pressure will catch up to the clowns that run this place and they will have no choice other than to pay reasonable wages to their pilots. So go do your job and don't worry about how others are doing theirs.
