If you want to fly the bare minimum then knock yourself out. I'm personally a capitalist and don't care that someone is making 120+ hours of credit. I like my time off too and don't normally go above and beyond, but I'm not mad at a guy for working for a living. I agree that absent a contract, more and more people will individually lose motivation to come in on days off. This is the dilemma we face in trying to keep the status quo. Eventually market pressure will catch up to the clowns that run this place and they will have no choice other than to pay reasonable wages to their pilots. So go do your job and don't worry about how others are doing theirs.
