200 page complaint with the company using anonymous web posts as their supporting "proof". Half of the posts on here could have been from the company themselves but the judge still accepted it. Crazy yes, but it happened.

And now even though the company set us up for failure as they have done in the past the burden of proof is on us to show compliance to something we were complying with before it existed. Inflammatory posts even dancing around noncompliance only hurt us even as frustrated as we all are with how this management chooses to treat us.

They are all temporary and manage for the quarter not the long term. The CEO himself is close to traditional retirement age, you think he cares what happens to spirit in the long term. He's just trying to make his bonuses and millions before he retires. The COO bounces from airline to airline every few years with a history of being hostile toward labor. The pilots however, many of us wish to retire from spirit and have decades of our careers left. We have years of experience and countless amounts of money and time invested to get to this level. Now I ask who do you think is more interested in seeing spirit flourish in the long term while also earning an industry standard compensation? The pilots.

We were set up for failure just like in summers past because the quest for lower CASM makes it close to impossible for the company to function. I can tell you the pilots aren't responsible for a failure of that magnitude. Two years ago they did it and they enlisted our help with the promise of a reward. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and got spit in our faces. Two years later they do the same thing and instead decide to sue us instead to get us to clean up their mess.

Stay classy spirit!
