Isn't that true for every interview, anywhere? Once you get the call, you've checked all the boxes required except the personality and skills assessment. If you show up and meet those boxes, you're generally hired. If you don't, you're not... right??

What makes an in person at Allegiant less important to the process than the in person at Delta?
