When Aeroflot pilots get more than:
• 8 days off a month,
• training up to FAA standards or at least a little higher than pirated CBT’s,
• seniority based (not merit with brown noses) upgrades,
• pay a little more than 50% of their counterparts at Western carriers,
• some sort of a pension plan (as opposed to the government’s $150/month)
lets raise this thread and talk about respect again!
