How so...no one would have gone on the street. They need everyone they can keep and then some. The attrition rate is just beginning.

Bottom line is whether on one list or two these groups must stick together and demand what they deserve. Anyone who thinks this company can't afford to pay market rates is either a fool or a management stooge. A pilot is a pilot whether at ATI, ABX Atlas, UPS or Delta. If management wants to retain their pilots they better make them an offer that is competitive.

The majority in the group should not allow the handful that fear their own shadow, to under sell them to management for a fear that something bad may happen.

Now is the time. When pilots were a dime a dozen we took it in the shorts. Now that pilots are a shrinking commodity, we need to demand industry standard pay and benefits.

KNow what you are worth and demand it! Be informed and don't ever think that you are not worthy of industry standard pay and benefits. We are all pilots, not ACMI pilots, but pilots.
