I had a sim interview a few weeks ago. It went well, I got the offer. It's a pretty straight forward process. My recommendation to anyone about to interview is go fly some approaches and departures in a simulator (AATD or better). Even if your instrument scan in strong you may want to get the touch of flying a sim since it is slightly different.
