That was a good link, but it is really hard to compare NJA to ExpressJet. It seems like NJA is a place where one can retire, pilots max out at anywhere from 160-227k/yr, vs. ExpressJet is probably no more then 110k. If I was at NJA I would not think about leaving, unless FedEx, UPS, Atlas, or SWA called me.
Also the guys on that forum said they have seen very little movement on their seniority number over past year or so. If you are on top 15% of pilots at ExpressJet, then it will probably take you 3-5 yrs to be making same doe again.
