Yup! They said the same thing about the 'Pay to Play' folks in the mid 90s. By that logic Everyone who went to Comair, Great Lakes, Chautauqua, Commutair, Continental Express, Pinnacle, Mesaba, etc... who had to pay $10,000 for their training should be on the street instead of in the cockpit.
