I recently used TakeFlight http://takeflightconsulting.com to build my resume and review my apps on file with Delta and United. They were very professional, fast, and great to work with. I strongly recommend them and were a little less expensive than everyone else.

As for interview prep when it is time, I will be using Emerald Coast as I hear they are awesome.
