I also came from another 121 carrier and fortunately only had to do the HR portion. The one on one interview only lasts maybe 5 minutes. The questions were the typical, "Why Envoy? Why are you leaving your current company? Tell me what you define as a good Captain. Tell me about yourself" They really are looking to be sure you're a normal dude and they could work a 4 day with you. Take the interview seriously as this could be your last interview ever because of the flow, but don't worry about needing to spend tons of time any money to prepare.
