Aviation is a great job that does not follow other industry standards. Get used to it. Will they raise the age? Maybe. Are you using your personal time to form a PAC to try and stop it? No, I didn't think so. So I guess then that it really is not THAT important to you then?
If they do raise the age, and it bothers you that much, then get a job in another field. Whining about how hard you perceive your life has been to some of us who have seen real tragedy is pathetic.
