Look at the industry around you, if you can poke your head out of the SeaTac bubble. Every single mainline carrier out there has something better to offer than us whether it be money, scope, movement, or growth or whatever.

The big dogs have top tier pay, rules, retirement, equipment, lots of movement.

Places like spirit and frontier may not have high pay but have a relatively quick upgrade (if you want to take it) and a lot of growth.

The combined new Alaska has none of that. You will see your future opportunities fly away on a Skywest e175 crewed by 25 year olds with a better schedule than you.
