"Last week your JNC and MEC chairmen met with management and our mediator for another round of negotiating sessions. As has been reported, there was very little progress toward reaching an agreement that our pilots would be satisfied with. It is clear that management is still not interested in being serious at the table, despite our willingness to work hard to reach a fair and equitable joint collective bargaining agreement (JCBA). The next mediated session will be in two weeks. Time is quickly running out for management to make a deal inside of the mediated negotiations they agreed to in the transition and process agreement (TPA). I'm trying to remain optimistic, but when BT and BM blow sunshine up "there", yet don't give our MEC's a glimmer of hope, I'm getting inspired to apply elsewhere.
