The majority of regional guys I fly with say that Atlas pays a bit more and they get more days off in a row here.
It is a marginal improvement for them. The problem is a few years into it when the newness wears off and reality sets in...
You are grossly underpaid for the responsibility level. We still have to fight for catering and linens 20 plus years into this thing...
