LOL! I tried to log on to my AppleID (hadn't done so for a looong time; need to in order to reformat iPad in order to install/configure for new fleet) and wasn't able to get past security questions. Contacted Apple support to help.
Support: Are you logged on to an iMac?
Me: No, I'm logged on to a PC with Windows 10.
Support: OK, let's use your phone - it's connected to the internet, right?
Me: Yes, my Samsung S7 with Google Android has wifi...
Support: OK, we'll have to use the iPad for this workaround...

The company iPad is the only Apple product that I have. I don't plan on changing that.

Back to the original topic: IT is definitely improving but they're handicapped because jeffy's team opted to go with legacy IT after the merger rather than blow up both IT systems and go with a new, modern IT system. Tripping over dollars to save pennies. We need all of the legacy IT systems to be retired and at least get into the 1990s with a more modern IT system.
