I would look elsewhere. There is way too much uncertainty surrounding XJT at the moment, especially with the scheduled parking of the ATL Delta CRJ-200 fleet. Even if things do turn around for XJT I don't believe that any new growth will occur in ATL. If Delta does decide to replace flying for XJT in ATL it will come as a shock to many.

As mentioned above XJT is a very top heavy airline, to hold CA in ATL will take 17-18 years and I'm sure at least 4 on the FO side. As a former XJT'er myself I hate to say it but I cannot recommend another pilot go there until they secure additional growth. Best of luck in your search!
