Honestly the move wouldn't be for the upgrade. It would be to gain 121 experience and get hired by an airline like spirit or jetblue down the road since I do not have a degree to really look higher than that

If you are looking for the upgrade, you are looking at the wrong company. XJT upgrade time is around 10 years and still growing on both sides. If that is the reason that you want to leave your current employer, why would you look at someone with a 10 year upgrade?
