Crickets, like no one else has every had that thought, every time they land Cat3 and need SMIGS, or an unfamiliar airport. 1 hand on the tiller, the other coming out of reverse. Use my nose to swipe pages??

Every time I get out a paper STAR, I get really weird stares from the copilot! Star on the clip board, Approach open in the Jepps book on the bag, iPad on the airport diagram. Simple, until they try to remove paper again.
So YOU'RE the reason I'm still saddled with this stupid flight bag taking up the teeny weeny storage area on the dumb Guppy?!!!!! Just kidding =). But seriously I haven't pulled out a chart in years. The iPad is a huge huge improvement in situational awareness. Having the airplane location on the 10-9 is a monster safety enhancer IMHO. Learned the other day in the quarterly training how to display the flight plan at the same time as my Jepps. It was the 3 minutes I guess I didn't sleep through!
