2. Our new terrible contract shoehorns you new guys into a high deductible plan. I pay a per paycheck premium of 87 to cover myself and wife. With dependents (kids) its outrageous, sorry dont have those numbers. But its a lot. Your deductible is 4000 dollars, with a maximum out of pocket of 6000. You can open an HSA and FSA as well (which I HIGHLY recommend, if you can afford to put any money in there). You don't have to put any money in it, but the company is choosing to put in 1000 bucks a year (1500 with spouse or dependent). Keep in min they can opt to NOT put that in at any time, leaving you without anything to pay for the deductible gap.

3. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA........no.
Currently an Alaska retiree or Alaska parent of employee has priority over a commuting pilot on QX planes.
Non-revving is a joke.

4. We have no idea. I don't think that Alaska even knows.
We know the Q has high yields, but also high mx costs and slightly lower than average cust satisfaction. They initially said they wanted to reduce Q air frames last year, but whether that was true or not is unknown.

5. Yes. If you get into the Q as an FO, you wait 4 years as an FO to get into an E175.

6. PAE was just announced as a new E175 base. Probably CO-Base (which means you may have to do reserve out of both). How 'bout that seaattle traffic, eh?
Thank you.
