They REALLY need to stop with the band aids, bailing wire and bubble gum. Bite the bullet and do a complete cutover to a more modern IT system. While we're making decent profits - a new IT system will pay for itself in the long run.
Would $26 Million be enough? I know where they could come up with the money.
