Moreover, I think I read somewhere today where this company had the highest free cash flow per share of any Company in air freight and logistics industry. While "anything is possible" it's pretty remote and absurd to suggest they would bankrupt the company as the reason to simply avoid paying us.

By the way, you do know they could go out and spend all the money airplanes, parts, pull forward scheduled maintenance, etc. and start showing a loss anytime they want, right? Doing so is a perfectly legal in accounting.
On the flip side, they could not reinvest a single penny in the company and show a record profit as well.
