If you flew the company average hours, that equates to a raise of $2.09 per hour over the company proposal. If you fall short, it's a paycut. I'm not cool with locking in a 5 year contract, that I have to fly over 1100 hrs to make any money, which I could beat with a simple $2.10 hr raise. Take the company proposal, and then lets deal with hourly rates in section 6.
