I agree with this, but Id say the attrition numbers spike towards the end of the year. Im even looking at a corporate gig- Probably just an interim job, but real benefits, similar pay and easier sked.
Its not even awaiting a CBA, the question Ive had for a while now is staffing for a new CBA.
Theyve been living on RSAs and reserves for so long, I doubt they lack the ability to adjust.
Whats the estimate on staffing requirements for the supposed work/reserve rules improvements? 8%? 10%?
