You're forgetting to mention that the ERJ ExpressJet pilot group wasn't exactly helpful either when it came to the bidding software "issue" that started circa 2011-2012. There is a lot of blame to go around but to shame the ASA pilot group for taking a stand on what was a horrible TA is overreaching IMO. You are right about one thing, it is time to leave...

Re: 9E and their bases and who holds what how fast out of training; it doesn't matter, 9E is a better option than XJT by 1000%. 9E has a guaranteed movement mechanism via the DAL interview program, a 2 year upgrade (or less) and a stable future...I can't believe I'm saying it but there is literally no reason why a prospective pilot looking to start/grow/continue and one day advance to a major should choose ASA/XJT, literally not one.
