Is there a current hold on hiring? What is the true value of Emerald Coasts and those like it? I hear it's good for interview prep. Not to toot my own horn, but I interview well. That aspect isn't an issue for me. So other than interview prep, what is the value? Mind you, I'm not bashing or doubting these companies, I just want to know what bells and whistles come with the car?

And I'm a sponge right now, if anyone has ANY words of advice or suggestions....PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE to send em my way.
