They are hoping for folks with your views to settle for this one while knowing that, if it doesn't pass, they will be forced to very quickly offer up something much more palatable. Mesa pilots have suffered for YEARS while hoping for just a chance to get what's fair and reasonable. Now that time has finally arrived and this opportunity must be capitalized upon. If this contract is voted in, we will still be at the bottom of regionals. 5 years from now we will be even further behind as others always find ways to improve at a greater rate than Mesa. Like you, I have no intention of staying here any longer than necessary. However, I have no intention of letting Mesa management slide another one in and leaving that legacy to future employees. It's time for this company to be paying and treating its employees the same as their counterparts. We've waited so long that to wait just a little longer while watching Mesa reluctantly man-up will be well worth it IMO.
