in the past, a captain done for the day is trying to jumpseat and already set brakes from his previous inbound trip. the captain flying the trip wants to give it away and the captain trying to jumpseat is willing to fly the trip but crewtracking would say, he already set his brakes, now he must have 10hrs off before he can fly again even if he can still technically per 117 duty regs fly the leg. is that any better
