I knew that's where that question was aimed. Our insurance is actually pretty good, and along with all the other benefits we've negotiated, makes this an enviable place to work. Sure there are lots of problems, but overall, we're doing good (no word police action, please.)

The A-10 was fun to fly. With its gun, if you could see the target, you could usually kill it from right there. Virtually no bullet drop over 6 to 8,000 feet, unlike those fast movers with their pea shooters, who have to get within 2000 feet to hit anything. Plus A-10 pilots never went home alone.
