If these pages were the only source for recruiting no one would ever apply to any airline. I have a few friends who fly for Horizon and absolutely love it. They never plan on leaving and want to retire from Horizon.

Maybe go to a local flight school and see if any of the instructors can direct you to a former employee, as some people were furloughed years back and never went back. They might be able to give you contact info for current pilots that don't frequent these pages.
