The union is claiming that whatever math the company used to determine the "baseline" is different from the math they are using now. The union is continuing to use the "baseline" math and that math is giving them enough to move the flow up a number. So the company used math that gave them a HIGHER number for the "baseline" and math that gives them a LOWER number now to purposely delay flow increases.

Either way mgmt just going to do what they want and tell us to grieve it and then purposely choose dates that they are available for arbitration when they know no arbitrator is available. We have ourselves a special kind of scumbag mgmt up in Dayton.

I wonder if DF uses Coresource as his insurance provider?
