What if that wasn't in there initially, can that be submitted later?
It could have been a first time application for someone, and didn't have any info established to allow their recommending person to submit a rec.
I had a rec in 05. was that ever deleted or purged?
From what I was told, if the letter of recommendations was linked to your application (your user name or your social security number, not sure what they're using nowadays) it is still on file.
