Alpa needs to come to the realization that the regionals need more adult supervision...too many kids whose only concern in life is how to get laid next weekend. Nothing wrong with that, but it's a reality. They need to create an outreach program to advise and educate entry-level and student pilots BEFORE they start applying to airlines.
The reality is that from personal experience, younger guys do get laid on a regular basis, and its the older guys that are ****ed of at the old lady at home. They are the ones that are out looking for some sub par flight attendant (sub par is a understatement these days) to make them feel good. this whole young guys trying to get laid comment is ridiculous, pilots of all ages have been trying to get laid since a penis was first put in an airplane. ALPA should have a "How to keep your wife" outreach program.
