Hold them accountable for what they actually got busted for within fair reasonableness. Absolutely. But assumptions of guilt based on them not being able to "prove" something in the past is unreasonable.

BS?? I support any pilot who is trying to do the right thing, but ends of out of position, misses a trip, or whatever. But when guys blatantly ignore the rules, no I don't support them.

I have never understood pilots. If we were in any other occupation, and you had people around you not pulling their weight and constantly ignoring the rules, you would be ****ed. Why do you support people who are so far out of bounds it's inexcusable?

I'm tired of the company wanting changes to the contract because a few bad apples are ignoring the rules. Frankly, I think we are all better off without those pilots.
