Vegas can be held currently a month or two after training. Reserve in the base depends on how many people bid down to reserve ahead of you to get the transition conflict which happens a lot. Looks like 15 people bid down in Vegas fo next month for the transition conflict putting the last line holder being here for 5 months in Vegas. As for the first year FO pay raises they will go up its just anyone's guess on when an entirely new contract will be agreed upon by both parties. The latest is there are 8 open sections left to close in mediated negotiations and they increased the number of negotiation days over the original plan for the next three months.
