As likely as UPS successfully buying Flying Tigers, RPS, TNT, or completing other major business deals such as the postal contract or DHL domestic flight operations.
As far as the article, no one suggested there won't be growth from other retailers, but losing Amazon is still a loss. Even more significant is when Amazon offers its shipping services to other parties which was not addressed in the article either.
