Not to be too juicy, but on the last brief I received in recurrent, Delta is losing about 50% of their pilot group over the next 15 years. United and American were higher attrition.

So from that perspective we're about 3 years behind Delta in retirements? They have a lot more but percentage wise, sounds similar.

Still rather be 50% up Delta's list than ours but seems interesting.
