I did it while working in the same industry as you but was one month on and off. I didn't have as much time to build, but PSA was definitely willing to work with me around my schedule. It is possible to fly 4-6 hours a day at Skywarrior. I think if you can give them a good projection and have a plan you can do it while off hitch.
And I stand corrected! I guess they REALLY do want guys and are willing to work with them. Congrats on that man.
And that may very well change things for me in my position. I may well start at PSA Mick sooner than expected.
