Are United's cockpit setups all common with the newer PD and ND? I heard this is a real point of emphasis with the FAA. Makes differences much easier to teach. analog dial vs. electronic tape displays for speed altitude, nav etc. Learning cues for both during critical phases of flight was the reason for the analog glass SWA has on their new 737s. Or so I was told.
