You don't have to have a First Class all the time. You have to start with a First Class and then iin six months it converts to a Second Class and that's all an FO needs at Endeavor. Feel free to call the company to confirm. I asked the COMPANY NOT APC same question two years ago.
When my medical was about to lapse to a second class I got a form letter and message to get my required first class and fax them a copy.
And btw, if you're under 40 the first is good for a year since they changed the reg.
