I think there's an overall lack of pilots right now (hence the regionals going twice/three times the old pay) so maybe I can find what I like instead of having to grind on unairworthy airplanes.

I'll keep looking for the best because I don't see the point in taking a ****ty job just because better jobs are more difficult to land. As of right now I have a steady job that gives hours so I'm in no urgency to move from flying old training planes to fly even older jets for the same pay.
