Just like sick call and MIL LV, we had very Pilot friendly programs in place until guys started pushing it - now we have much less Pilot friendly programs in place in these areas. It will be interesting to see what if any proposed changes we see in SC.

SC shoud pay 1 hr over the res guarantee if you do not get used for the SC. If you are getting paid 75 hrs and get 5 SC that you do not get called out on, you are at 80 hrs. We are sitting SC for free.
I thought we got this on the last contract, only to read closer, its only towards your hrs for the month that you will only go over once in a blue moon.
They max us out on SC b/c its free for the company and cuts down on GS.
