That is out of whack no matter how you want to spin it. There are still 20 more 747 FOs that have 787 CA seniority thanks to the fence that otherwise would not. That's in addition to the ones who have already bid 787 CA taking a voluntary. Take a look. The JR 787 CA is over 600 numbers JR to any other WB CA in the system where there was an open bid. (LAX 787 is only a few hundred less and ofc a fence bid) So yeah it's still ridiculously out of whack.
