No clue. Company says 18-24 months but we have guys that are sitting at 5 years with no upgrade. We have 4 FOs being paid as CAs because the company has refused to upgrade them even though they were awarded it about 10 months ago.
Flew with two of them recently. They are both enjoying picking up FO trips tagged critical pay at CA pay.
One of them paid for my dinner on a recent overnight.
They know they won't be able to upgrade until the company can get more FOs. Meanwhile they all seem to be enjoying their QOL
