I don't know where you get this nonsense from but this idea has been thouroulgly debunked. Many times. Having "Spirit" on your resume does not give a candidate a "bad mark".
Compared to the regionals Legacies hire less of us as a percentage simply because less of us, as a percentage, are applying to the Legacies. Most of us are here to stay, whereas at Regional X, Y or Z most are trying to get out.
