Bonuses aren't going anywhere until regionals are dead due to not being able to keep up with attrition. If I'm only going somewhere for two years I'd rather a hefty bonus anyway. It's not y'alls fault but the current spirit pay scales are laughable. Very sad that someone can make double flying a 50 seat airplane compared to someone flying a bus.
And here you are, on a Spirit thread asking about our pay, when it clearly posted on the airline profile. If you already know you can make more at the regionals why ask us about our pay, if a job fair is required for and interview, or how long it takes to hold DFW? you say our pay scale is laughable, but seem so interested in the past few months, did you not see our pay rates in your research the last few months?
