He isn't wrong here, you're just mad that he blasted you. When I hear people say " oh I can't go to Spirit because the pay is so much lower " it shows me how narrow minded they are. Do you want to know why? Because we are among the last to get a contract in a whole new era of airline pay scales and not simply that we pay half as much. People who can't put two and two together and look past the next few months need a serious reality check. If you want to work in the airline industry here are a few tips

1. EDUCATE YOURSELF
2. Look past today. Don't JG Wentworth yourself and say "it's my money and I want it now". I would rather average 120k over the next few years ( after contract ) as a BUS FO at banana express than make 60k for one year and then hope for an upgrade and a legacy to call shortly after.
