Also I'm shocked that people would fly unairworthy stuff just because that's jet time. No wonder accidents keep happening.
Accidents generally happen from a list of bad decisions. Old airplanes flying are not bad airplanes, it comes from bad decisions. When to say yes to a flight and having the experience to say no is what matters. Im glad ur not just taking any job, but keep in my mind its more about the companies as it is about the airplanes. I have flown big planes and small planes. You still have alot to learn about your abilities and decision making, you will get there.
